Franchise Consultancy

The consultancy that I carried out for a multi award winning franchise involved liaising with both Franchisor and Franchisees to create an employment journey for CAREGivers.  The objective of which was to attract the best CAREGivers to the franchise network.   Capturing best practice and collating all the information that was relevant and keeping the project on track was essential.  To find out more read my case study.

Leadership & Coaching Training

Having past experience in coaching training I was asked to create a training course for key players of franchisees.  I created, delivered and trained the trainers to deliver the course.  Since inception it has received consistently great scores with real results of creating coaching cultures within each office. Since then I have also created a leadership course that is an amalgamation of both the coaching and leadership training and have received great feedback. “This course really gave me some light bulb moments“.
